Core Responsibilities
- Support in the execution and delivery of events and activities for The LEGO Design community in accordance with budget and event objectives.
- Managing the planning and execution of all aspects of the event stages these include pre-, during and post-event requirements.
- Engage with different collaborators to ensure high quality planning and execution of community programs and events.
- Execute administrative tasks, such as agreements, confirmations, and raising PO’s.
- Booking venues, catering and other service required
- Pre events sign up monitoring, post-event follow-up and evaluation.
- Capture internal event photos and maintain folder in accordance with GDPR.
- Support with any ad-hoc activities assigned by the Head of Design Community & Events

The Design Community Events Planner will play a crucial role within the LEGO Design Organization Community and Events team in ensuring that LEGO Design and Innovation House comes to life by Nurturing and Celebrating Our Creative Culture. In this position you will act as a support for our internal events program working closely with internal and external collaborators.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in a coordinator or project management role
- Have a track record of successfully coordinating multiple projects
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Monday.com
- Ability to work unsupervised and with a high attention to detail
- Education or interest in design
- This role is 30 hours/week
