Energy Division

• The DGS Energy Division is responsible for tracking and auditing utility expenses, delivering energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, monitoring and verifying Energy Saving Performance Contracts, and advising on energy purchasing for the City government.

Facilities Maintenance Division

• Provides efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of City-owned buildings.

Capital Projects Division

• Responsible for designing and constructing many City-owned and -operated buildings.

Fleet Management Division

• Responsible for purchasing, outfitting, maintaining, and repairing the vehicles and other equipment used by City Agencies.

Administration Division

• Responsible for fiscal management, human resources, performance and change management, and public communications in support of the DGS mission.
