Core Responsibilities
- Be the go to person for day to day procurement related activities across all indirect categories.
- Support to global/regional/local supplier management – e.g. contracting, negotiations, escalation, reviews
- Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to to deliver projects.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Be part of the local procurement team to support the LEGO investment and ensure that procurement get embedded into the new organization.
We emphasize building strong relations to our business partners and support them in achieving their priorities. The main focus is to stable supplier platform in full compliance with all LEGO requirements such as safety, quality, ethical manner and in the level competitive price.
Our aim is to have strong stakeholder management. As we are global team we have to ensure that we work closely with our key stakeholders.
- Sourcing background in facility management and construction or degree in similar field. familar with tender process
- Great collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills; Commercially astute, ability in the analysis of cost data and how cost is segmented and structured such as elemental distribution of construction costs.
- Project management skills
- Influencing and persuasion skills
- A get things done attitude and the ability handle many projects at the same time
- Experience with SAP / COUPA
- Influencing and persuasion skills
- Ability to listen and learn from others
- Advanced English
