How You’ll Make An Impact:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Product Marketing Video Specialist (Contractor) to help us drive customer retention and growth via effective communication, self-service tutorials and video marketing materials. As a Video Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of creating compelling video content tailored for both our customers and internal users. Your knack for creativity and storytelling will be pivotal in highlighting the distinctive features of our platform, enhancing customer engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Follow a structured process to understand the objective, script, storyboard, gather visual assets, record, and edit, ensuring a cohesive and engaging final product.
Leverage our demo environments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the technology featured in videos.
Work independently and collaboratively with our marketing agencies to ensure videos are engaging, informative, and aligned with the target audience.
Stay abreast of product changes and enhancements to ensure timely updates to existing videos. Collaborate with relevant teams to refine video content based on insights and evolving requirements.
Contribute to Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts by creating new video tutorials for major product features. Align video content with marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and user understanding.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines for all video production. Uphold brand identity in visuals, messaging, and overall presentation.
What You’ll Need:
Have the appropriate entity setup to work as a contractor.
2+ years of hands-on experience in video production, preferably within a digital marketing setting, with a portfolio showcasing your previous work.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize and convey technical information to a non-technical audience
Strong understanding of technology, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and engaging video content.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and the ability to create captivating visual effects and animations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and quality deliverables.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit targeted deadlines.
Strong storytelling abilities, demonstrating the capacity to convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner through video.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate original concepts for video content that resonate with our target audience.
