How you’ll make an impact:
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative individual to join our Technology Organization as a Principal Technical Program Manager for Technical Operations teams. This role is a crucial position that drives initiatives forward, collaborates with key stakeholders, and assists in the strategic development of our systems and network engineering teams.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with Technical Operations & Engineering teams to drive project timelines, ensuring that objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
Work with various stakeholders across the organization to understand and anticipate their needs, adjusting project plans as necessary to address them.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and maintain high quality standards.
Track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities, engaging appropriate resources to address them and mitigate potential impacts.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that infrastructures are aligned with the company's technical and business objectives.
Communicate regular updates to senior management and stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Provide leadership and guidance to teams, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and innovation.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
Attention to detail and strong organization skills.8+ years of experience in technical operations or a related field, including experience in a leadership role.
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-based organization.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of systems engineering and network engineering.
Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
