How you’ll make an impact:
As our Senior Manager, Sales Marketing, Programmatic, you will be responsible for elevating SXM Media’s programmatic leadership and expertise in the advertising industry. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President, Sales Marketing and work closely with our Programmatic Sales Strategy team to drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive programmatic sales marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Position SXM Media's programmatic advertising products and capabilities.
- Leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the programmatic space, including but not limited to podcasts, connected home, connected car, retail media, and more.
- Oversee the development of compelling sales marketing collateral (i.e., narratives, one-sheets, webinars, white papers, infographics, trade sponsorships, etc.)
- Develop presentations for small and large-scale environments, including internal meetings, agency and client meetings, conferences, and owned and operated events.
- Write for internal and external channels, including internal newsletters, sxmmedia.com, and industry trade partners.
- Engage sales team to ensure marketing plan, training, and enablement materials meet real-time needs/demands.
- Collaborate with the broader B2B marketing and PR organizations to integrate programmatic offerings into holistic client solutions.
- Increase SXM’s programmatic footprint at major industry events through sponsorships, panels, and unique content.
What you’ll need:
- 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
- Technical understanding of the programmatic and ad tech ecosystem.
- Ability to collaborate with Cross functional partners to accomplish our marketing strategy in a complex, fast moving environment.
- Passion and proven ability to develop compelling original written content, including presentations, short-form content, case studies, webinars, and infographics.
- Strategic thinker, results-oriented leader, and passionate about driving innovation in programmatic advertising.
- BA in English, communications, marketing preferred.
- Programmatic buying, audio, and DSP experience are a plus.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $114,000 to $130,375 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
