How you’ll make an impact:
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic buy-side technology partnerships and the team that support SXM’s global programmatic marketplaces. The Senior Manager, Programmatic Account Management partners with demand side platforms to promote the value of SXMs programmatic offering to them, and to inform SXM teams on these partner’s key strategic initiatives, advertiser relationships as well as platform capabilities.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain various internal resources, documentation and materials for DSP partners (such as, Confluence pages and internal tools) to inform wider SXM teams of our Programmatic Strategy and activity
- Become an expert on DSP partner functionalities, operations and best practices
- Participate in regular partner calls and meetings to address tactical strategies for improving partner health
- Work with cross functionally to disseminate platform level nuances addressing deal health and integration compliance
- Support onboarding, integration testing, and incremental feature evaluation for current and new DSP Partnerships
- Help develop media quality related tools with Product and Engineering
- Monitor internal reporting to identify inventory quality or transparency issues and drive resolution with internal and external teams as appropriate
- Provide internal training to teams in support of media quality and verification issues
- Keep abreast of industry changes by participating in and providing input to IAB Working Groups
- Identify new areas of opportunity within existing placements and products
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 7 years working in programmatic advertising
- Extensive working knowledge of programmatic ad operations, workflow and infrastructure
- Extensive knowledge of key programmatic strategies not limited to but including Measurement (Viewability, Fraud, etc.), Targeting (Audiences, Privacy, and Optimizations) and bid dynamics (QPS, auction mechanics), etc
- Become an expert on DSP partner functionalities, operations and best practices
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, both internally and externally
- Must be a passionate problem solver and team player with entrepreneurial spirit
- Assumes accountability and ownership of assigned projects
- Deep knowledge and experiences in the mobile and audio advertising ecosystem (Google Ad Serving and Exchange, AdsWizz Ad Serving and Exchange or others)
- Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics to make recommendations to internal and external teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must have legal right to work in the US, if applicable
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $115,000 to $129,175 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
