How you’ll make an impact:
For our amazing International Payroll & People Services team @AdsWizz (a SiriusXM company) located in Bucharest, we are hiring a Senior Global Payroll Specialist (Maternity leave coverage – 2-years agreement).
As a Senior Global Payroll Specialist, you will play a fundamental role in overseeing payroll processes, and upholding compliance standards.
Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of meticulous payroll management, ensuring precise compensation and confidentiality.
What you’ll do:
Managing end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to: data entry, calculations, deductions, and preparing all monthly payroll forms, reports and tax filings for the Romanian entity.
Managing monthly payroll data preparation and submission to the local payroll suppliers for Poland, Belgium and UK entities.
Ensuring quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation, includes reconciliation of results and audit checks.
Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files.
Preparing insightful monthly and annual reports on headcount structure and payroll data.
Ensuring stringent compliance with payroll regulations, tax filings, local agreements and staying abreast of updates.
Placing orders for the meal tickets and maintaining contact with the provider.
Ensuring the liaisons with financial authorities, labor authorities and any other authorities involved in the Romanian regulatory reporting related to payroll processing.
Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies with professionalism.
Providing support on legislative topics, involving solid knowledge of labor and payroll legislation.
Actively participate in preparation of internal and external audit reports for all entities.
Processing all data entries into the REVISAL system.
What you’ll need to do the job:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or related field
HR Inspector certificate
5 – 8 years of experience as payroll consultant/ payroll administrator
Solid knowledge and understanding of Romanian payroll processes, payroll systems, Romanian tax labor regulations and compliance requirements
Ensures confidentiality of specified records, proper handling of extremely confidential and sensitive information
Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills, above average organizational skills
Curious, flexible, open to change and proactive
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
Advanced English skills
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Thorough knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs)
Previous experience with submitting data entries in REVISAL will represent a plus
