Bring your strong commercial experience and strategic thinking into a global end-to-end business role while working with The LEGO Group’s global licensees and brand partners!
Core Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with key brand and licensing partners to ensure the commercial success of our shared portfolio from initial planning to launch
Follow up on sales performance and putting actions into place to mitigate challenges and leverage opportunities
Collaborate closely with the LEGO Retail, Key Accounts and the Markets & Channels organizations to understand their needs and make sure their commercial input is briefed into our Marketing and Product Line teams prior to product development
Play a key role in preparing and supporting the sell-in of the product assortment - having shared responsibilities across own channels and the channels of our partners and markets
Own the launch tracking of our portfolio making sure the wider organization is aware of upcoming product launches and potential challenges
Provide regular financial updates including recommendations on how to improve the performance of our in-market products

The Licensing & Extended Line organization works across the LEGO Group ecosystem on a mission to amplify this by delivering uniquely relevant reach and engagement through high quality LEGO® branded products and experiences.
Together with the Go-To-Market team, you will support that vision playing an integral role in delivering commercial input and selling in the portfolio across our LEGO® Licensing, Extended Line, Brand Partnership and Publishing Product Lines across channels - defining the future marketplace for our assortment.

Do you have what it takes?
Proven senior experience working within Sales or Go-To-Market, preferably in a global role that required good brand awareness
Excellent partner leadership skills that allow you to navigate well within a matrix organization - communicating effectively across cultures, levels, and organizations
Strong project management skills and highly structured with the ability to prioritize work tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying on top of multiple workstreams
A phenomenal teammate who is keen to address challenges in partnership with key collaborators and deliver solutions that take different viewpoints into consideration
Solid analytical skills that allow you to understand commercial performance and identify trends, challenges and opportunities - secure Excel user
